Agent V (“the App”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is operated by Baibhav Singh,
[India]. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your
choices. By using the App you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please
do not use the App.

IMPORTANT NOTICE — AI CONTENT & ACCURACY
The App uses artificial intelligence to generate study notes, answers,
explanations and practice content. AI can make mistakes and may produce
information that is incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. We do NOT guarantee that
any content is 100% accurate, complete, or suitable for exams. All content is
for learning and general guidance only and must not be treated as professional,
academic, medical, legal, or financial advice. Always verify important
information with your textbooks, teachers, or official sources before relying on
it. You use AI-generated content at your own discretion and risk.
TRIAL / EARLY VERSION
The App is currently in a trial / early-access stage and is provided “as is” and
“as available”. Features may change, be added, paused, or removed at any time as
we improve the App based on user feedback. We do not promise uninterrupted or
error-free service.
WHO CAN USE THE APP (CHILDREN)
The App is meant for school students. If you are under the age of 18 (or the age
of majority where you live), you must use the App only with the consent and
supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By allowing a child to use the App, a
parent/guardian consents to this policy and to the processing of the child’s
information as described here. A parent/guardian may contact us at any time to
review or delete their child’s data.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Details you provide: name/display name, mobile number and/or email, class,
preferred language, and profile information.
Study activity: quizzes, XP, streaks, progress, saved notes, doubts you ask,
and content you upload (if enabled).
Payment information: processed by our payment partner (see section 6). We do
NOT store your card, UPI, or bank details on our servers.
Device & usage data: app version, device type, and basic diagnostics to keep
the App working and to fix problems.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

To provide and personalise study features and track progress.
To operate accounts, plans, rankings and rewards.
To improve the App, fix bugs, and develop features based on feedback.
To communicate important updates and respond to your support or feedback
messages.
To keep the App secure and prevent misuse.

PAYMENTS
Paid plans are processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment provider. Your
payment details are handled directly by Razorpay under their own terms and
privacy policy. We only receive confirmation of payment status, not your full
payment details.
HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
We do NOT sell your personal information. We share it only with:

Service providers who help us run the App (e.g., hosting, payment processing,
AI processing, analytics), under confidentiality obligations.
Authorities, if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or prevent fraud.

DATA STORAGE & SECURITY
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your
information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure,
and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Your data may be stored or processed
on servers that our providers operate.
DATA RETENTION & YOUR CHOICES
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the App or as required
by law. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account and
personal data by contacting us. Some information may be retained where legally
required.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & LINKS
The App may use or link to third-party services (payments, AI, analytics, stores).
Their handling of your data is governed by their own policies, which we do not
control.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage
arising from your use of the App or reliance on AI-generated or study content,
including exam outcomes, errors, interruptions, or data loss. The App is a study
aid and does not guarantee any result, score, or admission.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the
latest version. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the
updated policy.
GOVERNING LAW
This policy is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the
courts of [Your City], India, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you
may have in your country of residence.
