What we collect

When you order we collect your name, phone number and delivery address, and what you ordered. If you create an account we also keep your email. If you apply for a job we keep the details and CV you send us. If you cook with us we keep your kitchen details and FSSAI registration number.

Why we collect it

To cook your food, bring it to you, and call you if something changes. Your phone number is used for your order and nothing else — we do not send marketing messages and we do not sell or share your details with anyone outside this service.

Who can see it

The cook preparing your order sees your name, phone number and address, because she has to. Nobody else does.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounts and tax. Job applications and CVs are kept for one year unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us on the contact page or call the number shown there and we will do it.

Cookies

We use only the cookies WordPress needs to keep you signed in and remember what you were doing. We do not run advertising trackers.
