Delete your Agent V account

This page explains how to request deletion of your Agent V account and its associated data. Agent V is published by Buffyz.

How to request account deletion

Option 1 — From inside the app (recommended)

1. Open the Agent V app.
2. Go to the Me tab.
3. Scroll to Settings.
4. Tap Delete account.
5. Confirm on the dialog. Your request is sent to our team and a confirmation email is sent to your registered email address.

Option 2 — By email

Send an email to care@buffyz.com from your registered email address with the subject “Delete my account”, including the mobile number or email you used to sign up. We may contact you to verify your identity before deleting.

What data is deleted

When your request is processed, we permanently delete:

• Your account and login details (name, email, mobile number)
• Your profile information (class, language, location, avatar)
• Your study data — XP, streaks, levels, quiz attempts and scores, progress and weak-area records
• Your saved doubts, notes and any files you uploaded
• Your leaderboard entry

What data is kept, and for how long

• Payment and invoice records (if you ever made a purchase) are retained for up to 8 years, where we are required to keep them by Indian tax and accounting law.
• Anonymised, non-identifiable usage statistics may be retained. These cannot be linked back to you.

How long it takes

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days of verification. We will confirm by email once your account and data have been deleted. Backups are purged on our normal backup rotation, within 90 days.
